If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency during our normal office hours, please call ahead if possible and proceed directly to our practice.
For after hours emergencies, call the regular hospital phone number (715) 835-0112.
Please bring your pet in ASAP if they are experiencing the following symptoms:
- Difficulty breathing or choking
- Seizures or convulsions
- Uncontrolled bleeding or bleeding from the nose, mouth, or anus
- Trauma or injury such as being hit by a car
- Severe vomiting or diarrhea
- Inability to urinate or defecate
- Prolonged or persistent seizures
- Signs of severe pain such as vocalization or restlessness
- Ingestion of toxic substances or foreign objects
- Sudden onset of paralysis
- Collapse or inability to stand
- Signs of extreme distress or lethargy
- Eye injuries or sudden blindness
- Severe allergic reactions, such as swelling of the face or hives
